"EU Presidency hints decoupling of EU regulations for Turkish Cypriots
Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel said yesterday that the European Union will consider the decoupling of EU regulations for Turkish Cypriots.
Schuessel made the remarks after a meeting with Greek Cypriot administration leader Tassos Papadopoulos, who's paying a working visit to Vienna."
