"Babacan: N.G.O.S Will Be Involved In Eu Negotiation Process
ANKARA - Turkish State Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan has indicated that nongovernmental organizations would also be involved in the negotiation process between Turkey and the EU in the following phases.
Delivering a speech on public procurement and competition policies within the scope of Turkey's EU accession process, Babacan underlined, ''we are at the beginning of the (negotiation) process. Actual negotiations have not started yet. NGOs will also be included in the process in the following phases.''"
