Ahmet Doğan, leader of the predominantly Turkish party the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) in Bulgaria, has expressed hope that a new coalition government, expected to be approved yesterday by Bulgarian lawmakers, will bring an end to an atmosphere of ambiguity in the country."
