"Turkey Asks for PKK Ringleaders in Washington

Washington hosted the second of the Turkey-US-Iraq tripartite security meetings regarding the threat of the terrorist organization the Kurdish Workers’ Party, or the PKK, the first of which had been organized in Ankara.
In the meeting held at the US State Department, the Turkish delegation was led by Ambassador Hayati Guven and the US by Assistant Undersecretary of State Matt Bryza."
