"Turkish PM Says Ocalan Case in Hands of Justice System
The case of Kurdish rebel leader Abdullah Ocalan will be evaluated by the Turkish justice system, not the government, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today.
The European Court of Human Rights ruled earlier today that Ocalan, who is serving a life sentence, did not receive a fair trial in Turkey.
Erdogan said the Turkish justice system would make a decision after the European Union�s top decision-making body, the European Council, evaluates the court�s ruling."
