Ruling French party the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP), led by Nicolas Sarkozy from the conservative anti-Turkey camp within the European Union, is set to conduct a poll within the party on the European Constitution, reported the Anatolia news agency. The European Constitution particularly in France is considered to be an issue related to Turkey's EU bid. "
