A Turkish delegation led by Ambassador Volkan Bozkir, deputy undersecretary for European Union affairs, is set to hold talks in Brussels today in order to work out a deal with the European Commission over a protocol that Turkey pledged to sign for extending Ankara's 1963 agreement with the EU to the new members, including the Greek Cypriot administration"
