Olli Rehn, the EU's enlargement commissioner, praised the Turkish government two days ahead the European Union ministerial Troika meeting to be held in Ankara on Monday, saying Turkey has been enacting �courageous and fast� reforms but at the same time urging Ankara to immediately expand its association agreement with the EU to include new bloc members, including Greek Cyprus."
