While French domestic politics has been focused on a referendum to be held on the European Constitution slated for May 29, a heavy-hitter from the �no� camp, Philippe de Villiers, leader of the Movement for France (MPF), said membership negotiations between the European Union and Turkey would immediately be halted if the French people voted �no� in a May referendum, reported the Anatolia news agency.
