"Leyla Zana: Turkish Flag Is Our Common Value
Leyla Zana and Orhan Dogan condemned the attempt to burn a Turkish flag during yesterday’s Nauruz(Nevruz) celebrations in Mersin. Leyla Zana answered the questions of Hurriyet, Turkish daily newspaper. She said “We have to be respectful for the common value of our motherland. Flag is one of the most important symbols that people sacrifice their lives. Reversing this provocations and being helpful to peace are a mission to all of us”. Orhan Dogan said: “We have to be respectful for common values of our common motherland”."
