"Greek Cypriot Minister: 'Yes, We Prevented Solution in Cyprus'
Jan SOYKOK (JTW) - Doros Theoduru, Justice and Public Order Minister of Greek Cyprus State, confesses that the Greek Cyprus side initially prevented the solution in Cyprus. According to Alithia newspaper, Theoduru says “the ‘no’ decision in the last year’s referendum was a success for us. With this ‘no’ we continued to be a state. And now we are member of the European Union (EU) as a state. All efforts till now was to prevent any solution in Cyprus. We will do anything possible to prevent any negotiations in Cyprus issue until October, 3. Any solution to the Cyprus problem will be searched within the EU Law.”"
