UPDATE 2-Fire at Turkey's Tupras refinery under control, eight injured

ISTANBUL Feb 3 (Reuters) - The fire at Turkish oil refiner Tupras' refinery in the northwestern province of Kocaeli has been brought under control, the company said in a statement on Wednesday, adding that production had not been halted.
