Dündar: EU ignores journalists in Turkey to maintain relations with gov’t
Can Dündar, the Cumhuriyet daily's jailed editor-in-chief, has said in an op-ed in The Washington Post that the EUropean Union has decided to ignore the protests of the journalists who are the main target of the Turkish government's repressive policies in order to maintain its relations with the government to manage its refugee crisis.
