Top Turkish judge warns of judiciary becoming 'instrument of revenge'

(Reuters) - Turkey's top judge warned on Tuesday that the country's judiciary could become an "instrument of revenge" in the hands of political authorities, after government-backed candidates strengthened their grip on key courts.
