Landmark publication by leading British politician launched in Istanbul - PHOTO

Baku – APA. The insightful publication Rising Tides – Facing the Challenges of a New Era by the Rt. Hon. Dr Liam Fox MP was translated and published by the TEAS Press, which is a division of The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS). First, the book, translated from the original English language into Azerbaijani, was launched in Baku on 15 September, 2014. The launch of the book translated into Turkish happened in Istanbul on 3 February. The launch was attended by around 150 guests, including H.E. Ünal Çeviköz, former Turkish Ambassador to the UK and Azerbaijan; Jens Odlander, Swedish Consul-General to Turkey; Rafe Courage, British Vice-Consul General to Turkey; Nermin Bezmen, best-selling author and Tolga Sayacı, Turkish television actor.
