US' Biden apologizes to President Erdoğan over ISIS claims
ISTANBUL — The White House confirmed on Saturday that US Vice President Joe Biden spoke with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to apologize over his recent ISIS comments made at Harvard University.
