It’s a late summer evening and Alaçati is buzzing, its cobbled streets thronged with well-dressed Turks. They wander in and out of the art galleries and boutiques dotting the narrow streets, or chat over wine and luscious plates of meze at the numerous hip restaurants along the main drag.
