Turkey Market Higher; Bank Holds Rates

Turkey’s central bank left key interest rates unchanged Thursday, and equities continued their climb.
The Turkey ISE National 100 Index has jumped 1.8% , while the iShares MSCI Turkey ETF (TUR) is up 2.5%. Each measure is up 5% so far this week.
