Rubinov: Belarus, Turkey have all political conditions for regional cooperation

ISTANBUL, 16 October (BelTA) – Belarus and Turkey have created all necessary political conditions to develop regional cooperation, Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Anatoly Rubinov told media on 15 October, BelTA has learned.
