Turkey's Erdogan says Assad buying time on chemical weapons

(Reuters) - Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday he doubted President Bashar al-Assad would fulfil his pledge to put Syria's chemical weapons under international control, accusing him of buying time for new "massacres".
