New Turkish solar car hits Istanbul roads for test drive. The ARIBA 6 is the sixth solar car produced by students of Istanbul Technical University and will represent Turkey in the next international solar race in Australia reports Hurriyet Daily. The World Solar Challenge is a biennial solar-powered car race which covers 3,021 km (1,877 mi) through the Australian Outback, from Darwin to Adelaide.
