Turkey's premier Erdogan calls protesters in Istanbul "extremist elements"
More than 2,300 people have been injured and one person killed during four days of fierce clashes between protesters and police in Turkey, according to a doctors‘ association, as the prime minister blamed "extremist elements" for the riots.
