Turkey protests rage on as Erdogan appeals to rural supporters

Istanbul (dpa) - As tens of thousands swarmed onto Istanbul‘s Taksim Square on Sunday for a 10th day of anti-government protests, a combative Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told supporters to "teach the protesters a lesson" - at least in next year‘s local elections.
