Riots and protests in Taksim Square in Istanbul have cost millions of euros to the Turkish tourism business: the representatives of the tourism sector have published a report that counted losses.
According to the document, over 140,000 reservations have been cancelled in two weeks of protests in Istanbul alone. Hotels were filled by only 30%. The total number of canceled reservations exceeded 215,000, 1news.az reports.
