Russia, Turkey downplay Syria differences

ISTANBUL (AP) -- The leaders of Russia and Turkey have downplayed differences over how to end the Syrian civil war.
Russian President Vladimir Putin says the two countries agree on the need to end the humanitarian crisis in Syria, but he acknowledged differences over how to achieve that goal.
