How Putin is Exploiting NATO’s Support for Turkey against Syria

You probably wouldn’t know it from reading U.S. media today, but a major diplomatic incident erupted on Wednesday between Turkey and Russia. Russia’s Foreign Ministry is warning of measures it may take in retaliation for Turkish F-16 jets forcing a Syrian airliner bound from Moscow to Damascus to land in Turkey with 16 Russian passengers on board.
