Turkey Failing to Block Financing of Terrorist Groups

Mideast experts are claiming that Turkey has failed to enforce the laws it has in place to block financing of terrorist groups, and is thus in danger of being included on a list of non-complying countries in this regard that includes the rogue regimes of Iran and North Korea.
