‘Turkey missed a big opportunity’

GREEK FOREIGN Minister Demetris Avramopoulos yesterday said Turkey missed a big opportunity to normalise relations with Cyprus and solve the Cyprus problem when the island took over the EU presidency and discovered hydrocarbons.
