EU Urges Members to Finish IMF Reforms

NICOSIA, Cyprus—The European Union urged member states to quickly complete the 2010 quota reforms at the International Monetary Fund, which give more power to emerging economies, warning that failure to do so could have important consequences for the crisis-hit region.
