Turkish police detain 200 in crackdown

ANKARA, Turkey — Turkish troops killed at least four Kurdish rebels in a clash in the country's southeast on Monday as police thwarted at least two attacks by suspected rebels and detained up to 200 people in a separate nationwide crackdown, officials and reports said.
