PLANT CITY | Mehmet Ozmen is wrapping up his seven-week cultural exchange in Plant City — agri-cultural, that is.
Ozmen, 29, traveled here from his native Turkey to learn more about growing, handling and selling strawberries to help that country's young but already vibrant strawberry industry. He is part of his family's company that grows, packs and markets strawberries from its own farms and other growers.
