Turkey Seeks Curb On Spy Testimony

ISTANBUL—Turkey's government proposed an emergency measure that would block senior Turkish intelligence officials from being called to testify in an ongoing probe of Kurdish rebels, bringing longtime allegations of a behind-the-scenes power struggle in Turkey to the doorstep of the country's prime minister.
