Turkey: Intelligence Chief Must Testify

The chief of the Turkish intelligence agency and four of his former colleagues were compelled to testify on Friday as part of an investigation into the P.K.K., the Kurdish separatist group, the latest round in a power struggle between the country’s security forces and its intelligence agency.
