State TV: Clash in southeastern Turkey kills 10 rebels, 2 soldiers

ANKARA, Turkey - Turkey's state-run television says 10 Kurdish rebels and two Turkish soldiers have died in a clash in the country's southeast.
TRT television says Tuesday the troops, reinforced from the air with helicopter gunships, attacked the rebels along the Iraqi border in an area close to the town of Uludere in Sirnak province on Thursday night. It says four soldiers were also wounded in the clash.
