Blast in southeast Turkey injures 13

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — An explosion apparently targeting a police car wounded at least three officers and 10 civilians in a mostly Kurdish city of Turkey on Thursday, an official said.
The private Dogan news agency said police had to use tear gas to disperse an angry crowd that gathered at the scene of the blast in the city of Hakkari.
