Turkey plans to introduce a new set of confidence-building measures in an effort to normalize relations with neighboring Armenia. Sources close to the government in Yerevan, described these measures as a 'small symbolic steps that go beyond the restoration of churches', said Turkish Hurriyet Daily News and Economic Review."
