ISTANBUL Dec 14 (Reuters) - Turkey's benchmark bond yield opened at a fresh record low on Tuesday as most analysts said they saw a rate cut this Thursday after the central bank said rate cuts and higher reserve ratios would help counter a soaring current account deficit and inflows of hot money."
