Turkey reported data on Friday showing inflation was far lower than expected in November, boosting markets and reinforcing expectations that interest rates will remain on hold for many months to come.
The consumer price index (CPI) rose just 0.03 percent month-on-month, below a poll forecast for a 0.93 percent rise, and was up 7.29 percent year-on-year, the Turkish Statistics Institute said."
