"European Parliament: Turkey needs new constitution
Ria Oomen-Ruijten, a Dutch politician and member of the Christian Democratic Appeal, calls on in a preliminary report on Ankara for the European Parliament that the country needs a new constitution, Turkish “Zaman” daily reported. The report will be discussed tomorrow at Foreign Relations Committee and will be put on voting at plenary session of 2011."
