"Palm Beach County Artist Sibel Kocabasi Receives a $15K Fellowship

Twelve fellowships have been awarded by the South Florida Cultural Consortium through its 2010 Visual and Media Artists Fellowship Program. The Palm Beach County recipient is Lake Worth’s Sibel Kocabasi. The $15,000 fellowship is one of the largest such awards provided by local arts agencies in the United States."
