ANKARA, April 05 (Saba)- Undersecretary of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry Mohammed Mutahar held talks on Monday with Rector of Fatih University in Ankara Sharif Fajji on the cooperation ties between the Yemeni universities and Fatih University."
