"Top EU officials send condolences to Turkey after quake

Brussels - Top European Union officials on Monday sent their condolences to the people of Turkey after an earthquake in the east of the country killed an estimated 60 people.
Turkey is a candidate for EU membership, but a number of key EU states, including France and Germany, oppose its bid."
