ANKARA, Turkey – The Turkish Postal Service has issued its second ‘First Day Envelope’ in its An exemplary Attitude for Humanity series, to commemorate the heroic Turkish diplomats who played significant roles in helping European Jews escape the horror of the Holocaust. The second ‘First Day Envelope’ honours Namik Kemal Yolga."
