Turkey will ratify the Armenian-Turkish protocols by February, says political scientist Stepan Grigoryan, Head of Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation. According to him, Armenia should insure itself against the developments expected in the region by ratifying the protocols first. "
