"Turkey seeks 'concrete results' from Iraq, US mechanism
Turkish, Iraqi and U.S. officials on Sunday conveyed the scope of the three-party mechanism to eliminate the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK.
The Turkey-Iraq-U.S. mechanism was established to coordinate the counterterrorism efforts through a joint strategy after Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and then-U.S. President George Bush described the PKK as a “common enemy” and agreed to share real-time intelligence in November 2007."
