"Turkcell must pay overcharged customers- watchdog

ANKARA, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Turkey's telecoms sector watchdog BTK said on Friday in a statement: * Turkcell (TCELL.IS: Quote, Profile, Research)(TKC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) must take necessary steps to compensate within two month the customers who were overcharged under some subscription packages. * Turkcell cannot amend a subscription package for public servants until Jan. 1 2010 to the detriment of customers."
