ISTANBUL, Dec 21 (Reuters) - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) will run public offerings of commercial bonds in 2010 and operate a secondary market for the paper, the IMKB's Vice Chairman Aydin Seyman told Reuters on Monday.
Commercial bonds are usually used to meet short term debt obligations and typically carry a shorter maturity than bonds."
