"The Camel Wrestling Festival, traditional in the Aegean, Mediterranean and Marmara Regions for 200 years, began in Turanlar Village of Germencik, Aydın.
The wrestling festival began last Sunday (Nov 29) and will be held in 19 different centres until its closing on March 7 2010 in Haydarlı Village of Nazilli. The camels were decorated and displayed on the street before the events."
