The landmark agreement signed between Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu is a step in the right direction. The Swiss-mediated deal was signed in Zurich after US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton helped smooth last-minute disagreements that delayed the ceremony for three hours."
