"Turkey coach to quit after last WCup qualifier
ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey coach Fatih Terim will quit after the final World Cup qualifying round following the team's failure to reach next year's tournament.
Terim on Sunday blamed last season's qualifying results, saying: 'The players weren't prepared physically or had injuries. Although we started well, we were not consistent.'"
